Prince George is set to come alive with colour, connection, and celebration as Pride Week 2026 returns, bringing together a vibrant lineup of events hosted by the Northern BC Queer Connection Society and the Prince George Pride Society.
This year’s Pride Week highlights the strength, diversity, and resilience of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, offering opportunities for celebration, advocacy, and community-building for people of all ages.
Pride Week 2026 Event Lineup:
- Flag Raising Ceremony — June 26
Pride Week officially begins with the raising of the Pride flag and Proclamation reading by the Mayor, marking a powerful moment of visibility, recognition, and community unity. - Drag HERstory, Drag Through the Ages — June 27
The 2026 Pride Week Drag Show – a high-energy evening of drag performances celebrating local talent, creativity, and self-expression. - Pride High Tea — June 28
A welcoming and relaxed gathering space to connect over tea, treats, and community conversation. - Roller Skating Night — June 30
A fun, all-ages event bringing people together for music, movement, and joy on wheels. - Trivia Night — July 2

The 29th annual Pride Parade will take to the streets with an extended route, showcasing a vibrant display of pride and solidarity and leading straight to the Pride Picnic! Attendees are encouraged to arrive early, as the parade may begin sooner than in previous years and will conclude at noon. - Pride Picnic — July 4
Following the parade, the Pride Picnic offers a family-friendly celebration featuring vendors, food trucks, and local organizations in an inclusive and welcoming space.
