The Canadian Mental Health Association of Northern BC (CMHA) is proud to invite community members, partners, agencies, and funders to attend a Community Mental Health Tradeshow in recognition of Mental Health Week (May 4–10, 2026).
This year’s theme: Come together, Northern BC. Stronger connections, better mental health.
The event will take place on Friday, May 8, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Connections Wellness Centre (2816 Norwood Street, Prince George, BC).
Mental Health Week serves as a powerful reminder that mental health is something we all share—and that meaningful progress happens when communities come together with openness, compassion, and a willingness to connect. This year’s tradeshow reflects that spirit by creating a space where relationships can be strengthened, conversations can happen, and the collective impact of community support can be recognized and celebrated.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with staff, connect with fellow community partners, and gain a deeper understanding of the network of care that supports individuals and families across Northern BC.
More than just an information-sharing event, the tradeshow is intended to foster collaboration, spark dialogue, and reinforce the importance of working together to meet the evolving needs of our communities.
Light refreshments and food will be provided, helping to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where participants feel comfortable to engage, ask questions, and build meaningful connections.
For CMHA Northern BC, this event represents more than a gathering—it reflects an ongoing commitment to walking alongside individuals in their mental health journeys, advocating for accessible and equitable supports, and creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued. Through continued collaboration with community partners and stakeholders, CMHA remains dedicated to strengthening the mental health landscape across the North.
