Three people were killed in an avalanche near Terrace Sunday.
Avalanche Canada reports that four people were skiing when they triggered an avalanche on Knauss Mountain, approximately 35 km northeast of Terrace. One was flown to hospital with a critical injury. Unfortunately, the other three did not survive.
