Wendy Brophy named AiMHi CEO

Holly Kavanaugh, board president of AiMHi, has announced the appointment of Wendy Brophy as the new CEO of AiMHi.

Brophy has more than25 years of leadership at AiMHi, currently in the role of chief services officer and has been employed by the organization since 1991. Brophy is dedicated to the people supported by AiMHi and her experience, commitment and enthusiasm will be assets to AiMHi’s continued success in our community.

“We are grateful Wendy has accepted this role,” said Kavanaugh. “This opportunity presented itself as the current CEO Mark Zuberbuhler accepted a position in the Lower Mainland. Wendy will begin her role as CEO on February 14. On behalf to the board we look forward to working with Wendy.:

AiMHi is a registered charity in the area of community living in B.C. and is significant employer in Prince George. It has more than 500 employees and supports 1,000 people living with developmental disabilities in Prince George, Smithers and Mackenzie.”
