New addition to Sirens Cup charity hockey game

Prince George RCMP and the Prince George Fire Firefighters have a new addition to their charity hockey game, happening at the Kopar Memorial Arena on January 25: a 50/50 draw with a max prize of $20,000!

“From now until the day of the game, fans can go to the Spruce Kings website to purchase their 50/50 tickets,” said Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP. “We’re excited to add a new fundraising opportunity to this event and hope people will help us raise as much as possible to benefit our chosen charities, Cops for Cancer Tour de North and the Prince George Firefighters Charitable Society.”

In addition to the 50/50 draw, fans can also look forward to a chuck-a-puck game and our fill-the-boot campaign, a friendly competition to see which boot fills faster: the RCMP High Brown or the Firefighter uniform boot. So, dig the spare change out from between those couch cushions and help fill the boot of your favourite first responder team!

General admission tickets for the Sirens Cup Charity Hockey Game are $5 per ticket, available at the Spruce Kings website. We hope to see you at the game!
