The Grizzlies responded a minute later as Oscar Pantzare went bar down off a face-off to make it 3-1 after 20 minutes.
Will Moore snapped one home at 1:54 of the second period after Cooper Williams loosened the puck on the end wall and found him in the slot.
At 13:09, Linden Makow scored the fanciest goal of the night taking a puck off his skate, which popped in the air, and then he batted it off the ice and in to make it 5-1.
Sasaki finished the hat-trick by ripping one top shelf over Hodges shoulder from Brock Cummings and Schrott.
Lucas Veilleux scored the fourth power-play goal of the night tucking one over the line as Ethan Montroy saw him at the top of the crease. Moore grabbed the secondary assist.
