Fourteen local reserve soldiers have volunteered and signed up for the Canada Army Run.
“Many are running the Commanders Challenge (a 5K a 10K and a half marathon ran over a few days in September) and it would mean so much to myself, and the armed forces community, if you could support my fundraising campaign with a donation,” said Eric Depenau, a member of the Rocky Mountain Rangers and one of the runners.
As of yesterday, the local Prince George Army Run team is #1 in Canada for team fundraising.
More information on the team can be found here: https://raceroster.com/events/2024/82350/canada-army-run-2024-course-de-larmee-du-canada-2024/pledge/participant/24333657 .
