At approximately 5 a.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, Prince George Fire Rescue responded to the 300 block of Blackburn Road North for a reported structure fire.
On arrival crews found a single wide modular home partially involved. Crews were able to confine the damage to the one unit involved.
The modular home was not occupied at the time of the fire and there were no injuries reported by fire personnel.
The damage from the fire is estimated to be $20,000 dollars. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
