Primetime wrestles for Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation

In an exciting fusion of entertainment and philanthropy, Primetime Entertainment is set to host a thrilling wrestling event at the Prince George Civic Centre on February 16 and 17. The charismatic lineup includes Mighty Midget Wrestler Short Sleeve Sampson, along with hometown favourites the Prospector and Mauler.

Since its establishment, Primetime Entertainment has been dedicated to supporting local charities, having already contributed over $13,000 to various causes within the community. The unique approach of Primetime’s business model is centered on making entertainment accessible to everyone by maintaining affordable ticket prices and, more importantly, channeling the proceeds towards charitable initiatives.

“We believe in turning the enjoyment of our events into a force for good in our community,” said Primetime CEO Davy Greenlees. “Our commitment is not just about putting on a great show but also about making a positive impact where it matters most.”

Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation has been selected as the beneficiary charity for this upcoming event. “We are proud to have chosen the Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation as our charity of choice,” says Greenlees. “This ensures that all funds raised will stay local, directly contributing to the improvement of lives within our community.”

Aimee Cassie, CEO of the Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation, expresses gratitude, stating, “What a thrill to be a part of this event! The team at Primetime Entertainment gives back year-round to our community, and this particular event will support the enhancement of care for our friends and families treated at UHNBC.”

Primetime Entertainment has previously supported charities such as the Crisis Prevention Centre of Northern BC and St Vincent de Paul Society. The organization looks forward to expanding this list further in the coming year.

Advance tickets for the February 16 and 17 event are currently on sale at the Scrapbook Zone, located at 3899 18th Avenue in Prince George. For additional details regarding event times and the wrestling talent lineup, please visit Primetime’s social media platforms on Facebook or Instagram.
