Joshua Joseph Michael Bowser is wanted on two unendorsed warrants for the following:
- Theft under $5000
- Break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offense
Joshua Joseph Michael Bowser is described as:
- Caucasian male
- 5’10” (178 cm)
- 161 lb (73 kg)
- Short, black hair
- Blue eyes
- Tattoo on neck of the word “Katie”
