‘is wanted on two unendorsed warrants for the following:
- Driving while prohibited
- Failure to appear

- Caucasian male
- 6’1 (185 cm)
- 181 lbs (82 kg)
- Brown hair
- Blue eyes
- Dragon tattoo on right upper arm
