The highly anticipated Prince George Cougars Alumni Charity Golf Tournament returns this year for the 10th anniversary and promises to be one to remember. The annual event will once again benefit Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation, and again proudly presented by Northland Dodge, which is ensuring the tournament is taken to new heights.
To celebrate 10 years, one lucky event participant will drive away with a new 2022 Jeep Gladiator. All event participants will be entered into the Jeep Shots draw, and six will take the 75-yard shot. Closest to the pin will take home a one-year paid lease for the new 2022 Jeep Gladiator.
“We are excited to once again be presenting sponsor of the Cougars Alumni Charity Golf Tournament,” said Brandon Willson dealer principle, Northland Dodge. “With this being the 10th anniversary of the tournament, we wanted to make sure it has the wow factor and take a lot of pride elevating it to be one of northern B.C.’s largest fundraisers with proceeds going to support Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation.”
“We are so excited to see the return of the Prince George Cougars Alumni Charity Golf Tournament this year, and so thankful for the incredible support it receives from the community year after year,” said Aimee Cassie, CEO, Spirit of the North healthcare Foundation. “This tournament has helped equip the North with much needed Cardiac equipment and we will be continuing to direct funds to this critical area with proceeds from the tournament this year. Since its inception, the tournament has raised well over $650,000 which simply would not be possible without the sponsors, supporters, participants and partnership with the Prince George Cougars and Alumni that we are so thankful for.”
The tournament takes place July 7-8 at the Prince George Golf and Curling Club, and has been sold out since March.
