School District 57 has standardized report card writing days for all elementary schools within the district.
Primary Report Card writing days at all Elementary Schools in SD57 for the 2023-2024 school
year will be:
- Monday, November 27, 2023
- Monday, February 26, 2024
- Friday, June 7, 2024
Intermediate Report Card writing days at all Elementary Schools in SD57 for the 2023-2024
school year will be;
- Monday, June 10, 2024
According to a district news release, standardizing report card writing days creates the opportunity for SD57 departments to offer professional development and in-service options for staff, for community childcare providers to offer daycare, and for SD57 to partner with more community organizations to offer day camps for students.
“We are happy to support parents and will do what we can to ease the burden of childcare,”
said Rachael Weber, Chair, School District 57 Board of Trustees.
“We hope to see exciting new opportunities and programming for students come out of this
plan,” said Pam Spooner, Acting Superintendent, School District 57. “Any opportunity for
professional development is appreciated by our staff.”
