The Prince George Cougars have signed goalie Joshua Ravensbergen (06) to a WHL scholarship and development agreement.
The 6’4″ netminder from North Vancouver had a stellar season with the Vancouver North West Hawks of the British Columbia Elite Hockey League Under-18 (BCEHL U18). The 16-year-old posted a 15-2-3 record, along with a 2.10 goals against average, and two shutouts. Prior to this season, Ravensbergen was still in the Hawks program, playing for the U17 club, where he collected 12 wins in 20 games played.
