The Vanderhoof RCMP is seeking public assistance in locating Jay Preston Raphael who was seen walking away from a residence in Saik’uz on February 26. Raphael has not been seen since and his family and friends are concerned for his well-being as this is out of character for him.
Jay Preston Raphael is described as:
- Indigenous male
- 27 years old
- 175 cm (5 ft 9 in)
- 65 kg (143 lbs)
- Black hair
- Brown eyes
He was last seen wearing:
- Black coat,
- Blue jeans,
- Black runners,
- Baseball hat.
