Snowfall warning issued

From cold to snow.

A frontal system moving through the B.C. interior today will bring a total of 10 to 15 cm of snow across the northern and central interior regions and as far south as the northern Okanagan Valley.

Snow will ease this evening as the front pushes through. The last region to see the abatement of heavy snow will be Williston and Pine Pass where snow will continue through tonight.

Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations.

Snowfall warnings are issued when significant snowfall is expected.
