A structure fire in the 2100-block of Norwood Street Wednesday caused about $20,000 in damage.
Crews from four fire halls responded to the fire at about 11:30 a.m. On arrival, crews were met with heavy flame and smoke coming from the residence. Crews extinguished the fire, but were hindered by the extreme cold.
The fire was contained to a single residence. No injuries were sustained to occupants or fire personnel.
Damage to the structure is estimated at $20,000.
