Prince George Fire Rescue crews from three halls responded to a structure fire on the 1400 block of Irwin Street on November 17 at approximately 4 p.m.
Upon arrival, crews encountered a large blaze at the centre unit of a complex that was already extensively damaged by flames. Crews took immediate action and kept the fire contained in the unit where it originated. Fire crews remained on scene for a couple of hours to extinguish hot spots.
Neither the public nor fire rescue personnel sustained injuries.
The fire is suspicious in nature and is under investigation.
