Last day to request a mail-in ballot for municipal election

Today, October 13, is the last day to submit a request for a mail ballot – and to receive the ballot on the same day – for the 2022 general local election. Unlike during the 2018 election cycle, this year all eligible voters may vote-by-mail.

To receive a mail ballot package, an eligible elector must first complete a form to request to vote by mail ballot. Requests must be received no later than 4:30 p.m., October 13.

  • Pick up a form in person:
    • At City Hall – 1100 Patricia Boulevard (1st Floor Service Centre or 5th Floor Legislative Services Division).
    • At the Prince George Public Library (Bob Harkins downtown branch or Nechako branch).
  • Fill in the form and return it to City Hall for processing before the October 13, 4:30 p.m. deadline.
