Prince George Cougars General Manager and Head Coach Mark Lamb has announced that CHL Import draft pick forward Ondrej Becher (CZE) has signed a WHL Standard Player Agreement.
Becher, 18, was selected 16th overall in the CHL Import Draft and spent the 2021-22 season with the AZ Havirov U20 program in Czechia. The 6’0 winger had a productive season, amassing 36 points in 45 games (22G-14A). Becher also has some experience at the international level, suiting up in six games for Team Czechia U18, collecting two points in six games.
