Carrier Lumber joins 2022 BC Summer Games as community partner

Carrier Lumber has joined the Prince George 2022 BC Summer Games as an official Community Partner with a $50 000 donation to support the local Games in July.

“This financial support is incredibly important to the Games,” said Mindy Stroet, Director – Friends of the Games. “We are blown away with Carrier Lumber’s support – this will go a long way in helping to ensure that the Games are a huge success.”

Carrier Lumber was founded in 1951 by William Kordyban Sr. Over the past 70 years its base of operations remained in Prince George.

President of Carrier Lumber, Bill Kordyban states: “We love our home, and are proud to support the Games and showcase our great community to the rest of the province. We hope that other local businesses will join us in ensuring the BC Summer Games in Prince George is one to remember.”

The Prince George 2022 BC Summer Games Society is so grateful for all of the support that we have received to date. We are still accepting cash donations and gift in kind contributions. If you are interested please contact Mindy Stroet or Tanner Moulton.
