Spruce Kings sign goaltender Colin Winn

The Prince George Spruce Kings have signed goaltender Colin Winn (04) for the 2022-23 season. Winn, from Westford MA, spent the 2021-22 season with the Boston Jr. Bruins of the NCDC. Winn posted a 25-12-5 record, along with a 2.58 GAA, and a .919 save percentage.

“I am super excited to be coming up to Prince George, playing in that barn, and being a part of the community is what I’m looking forward to the most,” he said. “What stood out to me the most about the program is how the staff really wants the best for their players and wants them to move on to the next level.”

We hope that he can contribute to our team’s future success and develop into an NCAA D1 prospect.”

Winn says his athleticism and puck skills are some of his best attributes to his game in between the pipes.

“I think my style of play is a very athletic goalie who likes to play the puck and make plays,” Winn said.
