Pierre Poilievre will be courting Conservatives in Prince George later this week.
The Conservative Party of Canada leadership candidate will be hosting a meet-and-greet at the Coast Inn of the North on Friday, April 8. The event gets underway at 6 p.m. Tickets are required and are available online.
Conservatives will pick a new leader in September. In addition to Poilievre, Conservative MP Scott Aitchison, former Quebec premier Jean Charest, Conservative MP Leslyn Lewis, above left, Independent Ontario MPP Roman Baber, Brampton Mayor Patrick Brown and Saskatchewan businessman Joseph Bourgault have also announced their leadership candidacies.
