A man is dead following a report of shots fired in Quesnel early Wednesday morning.
Police say they responded to a report of shots fired in the 200-block of Front Street shortly before 3 a.m.
Once on scene police found a 46-year-old man in medical distress. BC Emergency Health Services transported the man to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The death is suspicious and police are looking to speak with anyone that may have information to help with this investigation.
