Final numbers are in and Prince George Live! was a huge success. The weekend event raised a total before expenses of $77,932 and counting. After all event costs, all donations and silent auction bids will go directly to Community Foundation’s Area of Greatest Need or the fund designated by each donor.
Prince George Live! was an evening designed for the community. The program provided viewers with an opportunity to enjoy a sample of local entertainers and artists from right here in Prince George. The artists were: Emily Holmes Artwork, Rick Stavely, Mike McGuire, Studio 720, Earl’s Kitchen + Bar, and Judy Russell Enchainement Dance Centre.
“The Foundation hopes that this evening truly inspired viewers and showed how proud we should all be of the community over the past 11 months,” said Alain LeFebvre, president, Prince George Community Foundation. “On behalf of the board, I want to express my deepest thanks to all of the sponsors, entertainers, venues, artists, donors, bidders, and the team for putting on an incredible show.”
