Snowfall warning issued for Pine Pass

Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for the Pine Pass with total amounts of 10 to 20 cm is expected.

A warm front ahead of an approaching Pacific low pressure system will spread snow at times heavy to the Williston region and Pine Pass this evening then to the BC Peace region by midnight. Total snowfall accumulations will range from 15 to 20 cm for the Williston region and Pine Pass and 10 to 15 cm for the B.C. Peace. The snow is forecast to end Friday morning except near noon Friday for the Peace.

Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
