Winter storm warning continues Monday morning

A winter storm warning continues this morning for Prince George with hazardous winter conditions expected.

Storm-total snowfall amounts from 15 to 25 cm are expected by midday.

A frontal system crossing the Yukon and northern B.C. will continue give snow to the region this morning. Snow is expected to ease for most areas later this morning.

Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions.

Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada. To report severe weather, send an email to BCstorm@canada.ca or tweet reports using #BCStorm.
