An assault in Houston has now turned into a homicide investigation.
On Monday, October 12, at 8:03 p.m., Houston RCMP were called to the parking lot of a residential apartment complex for a report of an assault.
On Thursday, the victim of that assault, Pietro Adamo, 54, died as a result of the injuries he suffered during the incident. The assault investigation has now shifted to a homicide investigation.
The BC RCMP North District Major Crime Unit continue to investigate Adamo’s death along with the Houston Detachment and support units from the North District RCMP. Investigators appreciate the cooperation received from the community thus far and are interested in speaking to anyone that has not yet come forward who may have information.
