Utility bills are in the mail

Prince George property owners are receiving city utility bills this week. These bills are mailed bi-annually for flat-rate accounts and quarterly for metered accounts, and pay for services such as  water, sewage services, and garbage collection.

Residents are reminded that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Prince George city council has eliminated the 10 per cent penalty on late sewer, water, and solid waste utility payments for the period of July 1 to December 31, 2020.

Residents who have any questions about their utility bills are encouraged to contact the Service Centre by dialling 3-1-1 or emailing 311@princegeorge.ca. Information is also available on the City website at princegeorge.ca/payments
