Arrest made in homicide investigation

A woman has been arrested in connection with a July 2 homicide downtown.

A 26-year-old woman died as a result of her injuries sustained in front of the courthouse July 2. Police arrested another woman July 4, as part of the ongoing investigation.

The suspect was interviewed and released pending further investigation and file disclosure to the BC Prosecution Service.  This investigation remains a priority for the detachment.
