Four people have been arrested and search warrants executed as part of a drug trafficking investigation in the city.
On Sunday May 31, members of the Prince George RCMP’s Street Crew Unit with assistance of the detachment’s General Duty Section, executed two search warrants on residences in Prince George, which were part of the same drug trafficking investigation.
The search warrants were for residences on the 500 block of Ewert Street and the 2700 block of Quince Street. Two 32-year-old man, a 28-year-old woman, and a 21-year-old woman were taken into custody during the investigation.
A quantity of cocaine, fentanyl and cash was seized along with drug trafficking paraphernalia. Additionally, one of the male suspects was found in possession of cocaine and cash.
All of those arrested were later released pending further investigation and charge approval from the Prosecution Service of Canada.
