CNCSU and CNC announce the COVID-19 Emergency Student Fund

The College of New Caledonia Students’ Union has partnered with the College of New Caledonia to give back to students – domestic, indigenous and International – with the COVID-19 Emergency Student fund.

On April 2, Melanie Mark, Minister of Advanced Education Skills & Training, announced emergency funding supports for domestic students at all B.C. post-secondary institutions. Since then the college has been building a system to divvy out the funds to the students at CNC. It was during this process that CNC and CNCSU came together to expand upon the funds from the government to support not only domestic students, but all students who require financial support during this COVID-19 crisis.

Any student who shows need will be able to apply for this fund.
