Police seek assistance identifying robbery suspect

The Prince George RCMP are asking the public’s help to identify a man believed to be responsible for a robbery at a retail store last month.

On the evening of February 19, the Prince George RCMP responded to a report of a robbery at a local electronics retailer on Walls Avenue.  A lone suspect left the business with a laptop, drone and cell phone, total value of about $5,000.  The suspect fled in a silver sedan before police were called.

The investigation has not yielded a suspect so far.

The suspect is described as:

  • South Asian male;
  • Approximately 25 years old;
  • Dark hair with trimmed beard and moustache;
  • Two piercings in each ear;
  • Wearing a grey and black jacket, white ‘Under Armour” brand ball cap, jeans and red, white & black high top runners.
