COVID-19: RCMP closing public access to detachment until April 15

The Prince George RCMP detachment is closing its front counter access to the public until April 15 to limit public contact with RCMP staff due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Although this is a specific date, the detachment will be re-evaluating on a daily basis and the date may change.  Non-essential services at the detachment will be suspended.  These services include fingerprinting and police information checks.  The phones in the vestibules will be available should the need arise.

Police officers will continue to respond to calls for service as usual.  In an emergency, call 9-1-1.  To report a non-emergent incident, call 250-561-3300.
