Police seek public’s help tracking down wanted man

Brandon Michael Felix

The Prince George RCMP are requesting the public’s help in locating a man wanted for robbery and break and enter in two separate incidents.

Just before noon on Monday, January 6, the Prince George RCMP received a report of a robbery at a convenience store on the 1800 block of 20th Avenue.  A man entered the business and made off with over $200 worth of merchandise before police could be called.

On Wednesday February 5, at approximately 6 a.m., the Prince George RCMP received a report of a break and enter to an occupied residence on the 600 block of Burden Street.  Officers attended the scene and determined that an unknown person had forcibly entered the residence while a family of five was sleeping.  Several items were stolen.  Police were called when an adult resident woke and found items missing.

Through investigation, officers now believe these two incidents were committed by the same person.  The BC Prosecution Service has approved the following charges and issued arrest warrants for 27-year-old Brandon Michael Felix of Prince George:

  • Robbery
  • Theft under $5,000
  • Break and enter

Felix is described as:

  • First Nations male
  • 175 cm (5’9″)

If located, please immediately contact the RCMP or the police of jurisdiction in your area.  Do not confront Felix.  Felix should be considered violent.
