Just after 5 a.m. Tuesday January 7, RCMP officers converged around a residence in the 2100-block of Norwood Street in Prince George as part of a weapons related investigation.
The North District RCMP’s Emergence Response Team was called in to assist. Officers spoke with the occupants of the residence. At approximately 8 a.m., three people – a 35-year-old man, 41-year-old man and a 50-year-old woman, left the residence and were taken into custody without incident.
A search warrant is currently being obtained. Police will remain in the area for a portion of the day. The investigation is continuing.
