Environment Canada says 10 to 15 centimetres are expected to fall in the Prince George area.
A storm will track across the central interior of British Columbia today, bringing heavy snow to McGregor and eastern sections of Prince George region. Snow will taper off and become mixed with rain this evening over Prince George but could last through Tuesday over McGregor. Strong southerly winds will bring local blowing snow this afternoon and early this evening.
Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop.
