Nove Voce, winner of top community choirs in the National Music Festival, is back with their most popular Christmas concert How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
Richard Bjarnason will be joining Nove Voce to read the original story as the choir performs songs from the cartoon and movie. There are some wonderfully, awful Grinchy costumes made by Pat Jorgensen, great music based on the Dr. Seuss cartoon and even their own dog Max.
Come on out and enjoy your favourite Grinch Songs like You’re a Mean One Mister Grinch, Where are you Christmas and Welcome Christmas. The show is a ½ hour long, so it is perfect for audiences of all ages.
Due to the demand last year Nove Voce will be offering five opportunities to see the Grinch showtimes are: November 30: 10 a.m., 11 a.m., noon , 1:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m.. All shows are upstairs at the Prince George Civic Center in Room 208. All tickets are $5 at the door, cash only, arrive early to avoid disappointment.
This promises to be a delightful Christmas activity for Who’s young and old.
