Police are investigating a homicide in that community over the weekend.
Houston RCMP were called out on Sunday, November 10, at 4:18 p.m., to a report of a shooting in the 2100 Block of Cataline Court.
Officers attended the scene where they found a man deceased and confirmed that a homicide occurred. Houston RCMP called for assistance from North District Major Crime, E DIV Major Crime Section now have conduct of the investigation.
This appears to be an isolated incident and police have no information to suggest that the greater public is at further risk.
