Incumbent Conservative Bob Zimmer has handily recaptured the Prince George-Peace River-Northern Rockies riding.
With 215 of 223 polls reporting, Zimmer is sitting with 34.125 votes, or 69.1 per cent of the popular vote.
Liberal Mavis Erickson polled second with 5,846 votes (11.8 per cent). New Democrat Marcia Luccock, who was a paper candidate only, secured 4,808 votes (9.3 per cent). Green Party candidate Catharine Kendall captured 3,274 votes (6.4 per cent). People’s Party of Canada candidate Ron Vaillant captured 1,649 votes (3.2 per cent).
