It’s still important to have a nice ride.
That’s the case for those who find themselves in need of the services of the Prince George Animal Rescue Society.
Thanks to a donation from Farmhouse Catering Company, the society now has a van to transport animals.
“They love it,” says Nicola Redpath of Prince George Animal Rescue Society. “All I have to say is ‘you guys want to go on the bus?’ and all the dogs run to the bus.”
The bus will mean the society can transport animals to the vets and to events they attend around town. It will also be used to transport supplies, such as large amounts of feed for the animal shelter, which houses all kinds of animals in need from cats and dogs to horses.
Signtek helped out with decaling for the bus, complete with logos of the society’s sponsors on the back, which includes Bosley’s, College Heights Veterinary, Brink Group of Companies, Signtek, and 100 Heroes Lottery.
