Ever want to be part of something bigger than yourself? Or maybe just big?
You can make history by attending Prince George’s largest ever Zumba class October 23 at the Civic Centre. And, you can help kids get into sports at the same time.
One hundred per cent of all ticket sales will go directly to KidSportPG, helping underprivileged children in Prince George participate in organized sports.
“I am honoured to support KidSport PG,” said Zumba instructor Sandra Cardenas, who will be putting everyone through their paces. “As a mother of a 12-year-old, I strongly believe that the ability to participate in organized sports is an incredible opportunity for kids to develop interpersonal skills, build healthy lifestyle habits, reduce stress, socialize and develop positive self-esteem – all while having fun.”
During this 90-minute fundraiser at the Prince George Civic Centre, people can expect an energized, non-intimidating class where hundreds of people will be dancing for an important cause to the sound of incredibly fun music that will make everyone smile.
KidsportPG helps, on average, about 180 kids get into a season of sport in Prince George. The Zumba fundraiser is sponsored by Trinity Finance Services, the Brink Group of Companies, Central Mountain Air, and HYPG.
