The Chilliwack Chiefs handed the Prince George Spruce Kings a 6-2 drubbing Friday night in the Fraser Valley city.
Brent Pfof and Preston Brodziak scored for the Spruce Kings. Ethan Bowen notched a hat trick for the Chiefs, Arlo Merrit scored twice and Peter Reynolds added a single marker.
Jett Alexander made 22 saves in the Prince George net while Mathieu Caron stopped 27 of 29 shots the Spruce Kings fired at him.
The Spruce Kings continue their road trip tonight in Langley.
