Document shredding on Saturday helps PG Crime Stoppers

The Prince George Crime Stoppers Society will once again be hosting a public document shredding event this Saturday September 21 from  10 a.m.  until 2 p.m.

This is a chance for members of the public to shred personal or important documents, helping to ensure they will not be a victim of identity theft.

In partnership with Shred-it Mobile Shredding Services, CN Centre and Mr. Mike’s Prince George Crime Stoppers will be providing an opportunity for members of the general public to responsibly, safely and quickly shred personal or important documents.  This service is provided for the cost of a minimum $ 5 donation and is not meant for business owners.

Mr. Mikes will provide a delicious burger barbecue by donation to PG Crimestoppers from 11am-2pm.

Time:             10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Location:      CN Centre Parking lot- just off Ospika Ave Prince George

All proceeds will go towards supporting the Prince George Crime Stopper Society.

Prince George Crime Stoppers is proud to partner with local media, police and residents of B.C.’s northern capital to help solve crime.  The not-for-profit society is run independently of the police by everyday citizens like you.  All information received is anonymous and is provided to the police in the hopes it will further investigations and lead to arrests, seizures and recovery of property.
