Two people are facing charges after a stolen vehicle was recovered by Prince George RCMP Friday.

Just after 8:30 pm. an officer with the Prince George RCMP’s Youth Team identified a stolen vehicle being driven along Victoria Street.

Several officers converged on the vehicle near the intersection of Victoria Street and Fourth Avenue.  Five adult occupants of the vehicle were initially arrested at the scene.

The driver, a 24-year-old man from Prince George, was originally held overnight but was released on Saturday August 24 on a promise to appear document for court on October 9.
