RCMP have released a composite sketch of a man they want to question as they investigate the double homicide of 23-year-old Lucas Fowler and 24-year-old Chynna Deese south of Liard Hot Springs July 14 or 15.
The man was seen speaking with Fowler on Highway 97 on the evening of Sunday, July 14. The bodies of Fowler and Deese were found Monday, July 15.
