Lobby group The Canadian Taxpayers Federation brought a 30-foot tall inflatable balloon to Prince George for a photo-op with local media Wednesday as the group calls for the privatization of automobile insurance in B.C. The balloon, dubbed Barron von FenderBender, is a caricature of a Monopoly and the federation is protesting what it calls "government-forced ICBC monopoly." Bill Phillips photo
