Judy Russell Presents is pleased to announce the who’s who of this year’s summer spectacular.
The production of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast will boast an impressive cast of more than 60 people, all of which are Prince George locals. The audition process was exhaustive as JRP’s Production Team saw well over a hundred auditions.
“There is so much talent in Prince George,” said Judy Russell, director and producer at JRP. “Every year it becomes more and more difficult to choose our cast. This year we have over 60, but based on talent we could have easily had a cast of over 100. I am afraid with casts this large my costume mistress Heather will hate me.”
The ‘Tale as Old as Time’ will feature a number of names both familiar and new to the local theatre stage, but all of which are Prince George talent. The cast includes;

Tickets are on sale now for a show that that will be an absolutely spectacular treat for the whole family. The curtain will open on July 11 with the run on through until July 27. Don’t miss your chance to see this magical production live at the Prince George Playhouse this summer.
