A 14-year-old boy is recovering from minor injuries after being hit by a vehicle while riding his bicycle Thursday. The driver of the vehicle did not stop.
Police say the incident happened at about 5:30 p.m. near the corner of First Avenue and Claxton Crescent in Prince George.
The boy suffered relatively minor injuries and attended the hospital as a precaution.
The vehicle is described as a charcoal grey Nissan crossover and would likely have damage on the rear passenger side.
Investigators are looking to speak to the driver and anyone that may have witnessed the incident or know where the vehicle could be.
