Airport X-ray machine down, expect some delays boarding

The baggage x-ray equipment at the Prince George Airport is currently out of service, and Canadian Air Transport Security Authority representatives are manually screening checked passenger baggage.

Passengers flying out today or tomorrow – and who plan to check luggage – are advised to arrive to the airport two hours prior to their departure time. Those with carry-on baggage only will not be affected.

Technicians have been called to service the equipment.
